Q. Where is the festival and what time?
A. The Anderson Gaslight Festival is on Historic 8th Street in Anderson. It’s from 10 a.m. - 7 p.m. on Saturday, August 23, 2025.
Q. What are the street closures like?
A. Historic 8th Street is closed from 8th and Brown Delaware down to 8th and Madison.
Q. Where can I park?
A. We suggest parking along a side street, like 7th or 9th Streets, and walking to the festival.
Q. Is the festival free?
A. Yes! It is free to attend the festival. The only ticketed events are the historic home tours. Those tickets can be bought at a kiosk.
Q. Where can I go to the restroom?
A. There will be porta-potties up and down Historic 8th Street.
Q. What kind of vendors will be there?
A. There are more than 200 vendors selling food, drinks, home goods, fresh produce, crafts, toys, clothes, and all kinds of beautiful things! Some non-profits will be present to connect with the community.
Q. Can I bring my dog?
A. Well-behaved dogs are allowed at the festival, but they MUST be on a leash at all times.
