A grand Neoclassical home with early 20th-century prestige.
Built in 1904 by Daniel F. Mustard, this home replaced an earlier home on the site. Mustard was the President and Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Citizens Bank and remained in the home until 1924. F.C. Cline, President of the F.C. Cline Lumber Company, lived in the home until the early 1930s. Physician G.B. Wilder resided in the home from the early 1930s until at least the early 1960s and also maintained his office there.
The overall shape of this home mimics the Queen Anne Style yet features classical details, including columns with Corinthian capitals, pilasters, and an entablature. The facade is brick with a full-length resticated stone porch and foundation. Limestone sills and labels embellish the windows. The front porch is crowned with a Classical pediment.
