The American Foursquare attributes are

  • Boxy, square shape

  • Two and a half stories with low pitched, hipped roof

  • Wide Eaves

  • Front porch supported by simple columns

  • Grouped windows (especially the upper story with smaller square panes over larger panes) typical of early 20th century Craftsman/Prairie influence.

This house was built in 1914 by Andrew Dillman who was the District Manager of Berkshire Life Insurance Company.
